Studio LV designs interiors for resorts and private villas — beach and island resorts, boutique retreats, branded residences and privately owned houses. The work sits between hospitality and residential: the comfort and character of a home, with the durability and service logic of a property that has to be run and maintained.
Resorts
- Villas, suites and guest pavilions
- Restaurants, beach clubs, bars and breakfast areas
- Reception, arrival and lounge spaces
- Spa, wellness and pool areas
- Staff areas, kitchens and service routes, planned for remote locations where supply is slow
Private villas
- Interior concept and spatial layout
- Bespoke furniture, joinery and wardrobes
- Kitchens, including professional-grade kitchens for owners who entertain
- Lighting design, materials and finishes
- Art, textiles and styling direction
- Coordination with the architect and the site team through to handover
Designing for climate and distance
Our team has worked on properties in the Indian Ocean, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Australia. In those projects the specification matters as much as the drawing: salt air, humidity, strong sun and long shipping times decide which materials, fabrics and finishes survive the first two seasons.
We plan procurement in containers and phases, and we keep spare parts and maintenance in the specification from the beginning rather than after the first failure.
How we work
- Concept design, 3D visualisation and material boards
- Technical documentation, BIM modelling and MEP coordination
- FF&E selection, procurement support and factory visits in Italy
- Custom furniture production with Italian manufacturers
- Site supervision, installation, snagging and after-sales support
Common questions
Do you take private residential work?
Yes, for villas and residences where the level of detail and the bespoke element justify a studio like ours.
Can you manage a project remotely?
We do it regularly, with defined site visits at the critical stages: setting out, first installations, and commissioning before opening.
Tell us where the property is and what stage it has reached — we will explain how we would run it from Milan.
