Studio LV, a hospitality interior design studio in Milan, Italy, designs complete interiors for resorts and private villas — beach and island resorts, boutique retreats, branded residences and privately owned houses. The work sits between hospitality and residential: the comfort and character of a home, with the durability and service logic of a property that has to be run and maintained. Designing for climate and distance
Our team has worked on properties in the Indian Ocean, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Australia. In those projects the specification matters as much as the drawing: salt air, humidity, strong sun and long shipping times decide which materials, fabrics and finishes survive the first two seasons.
We plan procurement in containers and phases, and we keep spare parts and maintenance in the specification from the beginning rather than after the first failure.
